As a contracted maintenance crew ambled onto the Tacoma Dome’s grimy rooftop this morning to begin an overdue scrub down, the identity of the donor who’s paying for the work remains a mystery.
Records released by the city Friday in response to The News Tribune’s public disclosure request indicate city officials don’t even know the donor’s identity — at least, on paper.
